My payment was declined. What should I do?
Payment declines are usually caused by insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or your bank blocking the transaction. Please try the following:
- Verify your PayPal account has sufficient balance or a linked payment method
- Check that your billing address matches what your bank has on file
- Contact your bank or PayPal to authorize the transaction
- Try a different payment method or device
I was charged but didn't receive an order confirmation.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at support@breezecharm.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we will verify your order within 24 hours.
Is it safe to pay on BreezeCharm?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your payment information on our servers. PayPal also offers buyer protection on eligible purchases.
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices on BreezeCharm are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate.
Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
Yes. All approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
